39:4-14.3b. Violations; penalties
Except as otherwise provided by this act, any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $200.00 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days or both. L.1977, c. 267, s. 4.
