3B:13-30. Settlement of accounts upon expiration of public guardian's term
The public guardian shall proceed to settle the accounts of all estates of which he is duly appointed guardian upon the expiration of his term of office. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:13-30, eff. May 1, 1982.
