3B:18-26. Failure to take commissions annually shall not constitute a waiver thereof
The failure of a fiduciary to take commissions in any year shall not constitute a waiver by the fiduciary to take in a subsequent year the commissions not taken for that year. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:18-26, eff. May 1, 1982.
