3B:23-41. Return of devise pro rata
Where there are several devisees and a return of part of a devise shall afterwards appear necessary, each devisee shall only be compelled to return a proportional part of his devise so as to make up the whole sum needed. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:23-41, eff. May 1, 1982.
