3B:10-1. Grant of letters of administration
The surrogate's court of the county in which a decedent resided at the time of his death, or the Superior Court, may grant letters of general administration on the estate of the decedent. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:10-1, eff. May 1, 1982.
