4:22-29. The action for the penalty prescribed in R.S.4:22-26 shall be brought: a. In the Superior Court; or b. In a municipal court of the municipality wherein the defendant resides or where the offense was committed. Amended 1953, c.5, s.66; 1991, c.91, s.176; 2003, c.232, s.5.
