4:23-6. Enforcement and collection of penalties
In proceedings to enforce and collect penalties under this article, the court may proceed in a summary manner pursuant to the Penalty Enforcement Law (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.). Amended by L.1953, c. 5, p. 55, s. 91.
