4:5-75.1. Notice to Department of disease
Veterinarians, herd-owners, or other persons who gain knowledge of the existence or suspected existence of foot-and-mouth disease in the State shall immediately notify the Department of Agriculture of such fact. L.1948, c. 436, p. 1686, s. 1.
