40:14B-21.1. Hydroelectric power; sale at wholesale; authority to charge and collect rents, rates, fees or other charges
Every municipal authority is hereby authorized to charge and collect rents, rates, fees or other charges for sale of hydroelectric power at wholesale. L.1980, c. 34, s. 7, eff. June 6, 1980.
