40:23-15. Ballot; form and content
The proposition to be submitted in accordance with the provisions of section 40:23-14 of this title shall be in substantially the following form: "Shall the county of acquire (or construct, as the case may be) and maintain and operate a (here insert brief description of the public utility proposed to be established or operated)?"
