40:23-5.4. Appointment of advisory committee
The board of chosen freeholders is authorized to appoint an advisory committee or commission composed of residents of New Jersey representative of various county economic and governmental interests, and to seek its advice on matters of economic development. L.1962, c. 124, s. 4, eff. July 25, 1962.
