40:37-113. Rules of procedure
The Supreme Court may make such rules for the regulation of the practice and procedure under sections 40:37-96 to 40:37-174 of this Title as it shall deem appropriate. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 659, s. 84, eff. March 19, 1953.
