40:37-215. Rules of procedure
The Supreme Court may make such rules for the regulation of the practice and procedure under sections 40:37-195 to 40:37-247 of this Title as it shall deem appropriate. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 663, s. 95, eff. March 19, 1953.
