40:37-95.7. Appointments of commission; approval by board of chosen freeholders
All appointments of officers and employees to be made by the park commission except its president, vice-president and secretary shall be made with the approval of the board of chosen freeholders of the county. L.1946, c. 276, p. 943, s. 7, eff. May 3, 1946.
