40:37A-74. Abandonment of condemnation proceedings
The authority shall not abandon any condemnation proceeding subsequent to the date upon which it has taken possession of the land or property as provided in this act. L.1960, c. 183, p. 751, s. 31, eff. Jan. 18, 1961.
