40:43-66.62. Vote necessary
The question submitted pursuant to section 25 of this act shall be deemed approved and adopted only if a majority of those voting on the question in each of the participating municipalities votes in favor of the question. L.1977, c. 435, s. 28, eff. March 1, 1978.
