Without limiting the applicability of the "Local Tax Authorization Act," P.L.1970, c.326 (C.40:48C-1 et seq.), the exemption provided in section 7 of P.L.1972, c.201 (C.40:48C-41) to parking taxes authorized under that act shall not be applicable to bodies corporate and politic or instrumentalities of the State of New Jersey.
