40:5-2.8. Inapplicable to conflagration occurring before April 1, 1941
This act shall not apply to any general conflagration which occurred before April first, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one. L.1941, c. 48, p. 130, s. 7, eff. April 23, 1941.
