40:56-20.1. Limitation on proceedings to review or restrain ordinance
No action or proceeding for injunctive or other relief shall be commenced to restrain or review an ordinance for any improvement after the contract therefor shall have been awarded. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 700, s. 185, eff. March 19, 1953.
