40:23-6.16. Secretary to commission
The commission may appoint a secretary who shall be responsible for the keeping of all minutes and records of the commission. The secretary shall also assist in whatever capacity she is assigned to by the commission. L.1940, c. 24, s. 15, eff. March 30, 1940.
