40:37-95.47. Succession of rights, duties
Whenever the county governing body acts pursuant to section 1 of this act, it shall succeed to all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of any former county park commission. L. 1986, c. 90, s. 6, eff. Aug. 14, 1986.
