40:41A-19. Adoption of optional plan
The registered voters of any county may, without a charter study commission, adopt any of the optional plans provided in articles 3 through 6 inclusive, of this act upon petition and referendum, as hereinafter provided. L.1972, c. 154, s. 19, eff. Sept. 19, 1972.
