40:48B-21. Applicability of Consolidated Municipal Service Act
The provisions of the Consolidated Municipal Service Act, P.L. 1952, c. 72 (C. 40:48B-1 et seq.), as amended, shall be applicable to the extent that the same are not inconsistent with the provisions of this act. L.1967, c. 180, s. 8, eff. July 27, 1967.
