40:65-15. Reimbursement of account used to pay costs connected with sidewalk improvement
All moneys recovered or paid to the municipality under the provisions of section 1 of this act shall be credited to the account out of which the cost of such work was paid. L.1970, c. 297, s. 2, eff. Dec. 14, 1970.
