40A:4-45.41. Appropriation included in spending limitation
All appropriations, other than for debt service and emergency temporary appropriations, made to cover overexpenditures or expenditures from a previous budget year, shall be included within the local unit's spending limitation in the year the appropriation is made. L.1990,c.89,s.9.
