40A:4-55.13. Public exigency caused by civil disturbances; special emergency appropriation; resolution
A local unit may by resolution make special emergency appropriations after the adoption of the budget, for costs arising from a public exigency caused by civil disturbances. L.1968, c. 194, s. 1, eff. July 19, 1968.
