40A:9-117.11. Decrease of compensation on appointment; prohibition
Nothing in this act shall permit the decrease of compensation paid to persons employed as of the effective date of the act, who shall receive appointments as sheriff's officers pursuant to this act. L.1982, c. 133, s. 6, eff. Sept. 14, 1982.
