40A:9-65. Performance of duties before giving bond; misdemeanor
If any person elected county clerk shall assume to perform any of the duties before giving bond as provided by law he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. L.1971, c. 200, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
