40A:9-90. Register of deeds and mortgages is the county recording officer
In counties having a register of deeds and mortgages the said register shall be the recording officer of the county as fully as the county clerk is the recording officer in counties not having a register of deeds and mortgages. L.1971, c. 200, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
