40A:10-34. Eligibility
An auxiliary police volunteer shall not be ineligible to receive any of the benefits under N.J.S. 40A:10-33 because he may otherwise receive any form of compensation or salary from the municipality. L.1979, c. 230, s. 1, eff. Oct. 15, 1979.
