40A:4-21. Separate sections required
The budget shall provide separate sections for: a. Operation of local unit (current fund). b. Operation of any municipal public utility. c. Dedicated assessment budget. d. Dedicated by rider. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
