40A:4-55.12. Applicability of provisions relating to tax anticipation notes
The provisions of chapter 4 of Title 40A of the New Jersey Statutes relating to tax anticipation notes shall apply to special county college emergency notes, except for the limitations as to maturity and renewal. L.1965, c. 87, s. 5, eff. June 8, 1965.
