40A:4-55.3. Manner of financing appropriation from surplus funds
When any such appropriation is financed from surplus funds available, at least 1/3 of the amount thereof shall be included in each annual budget until the appropriation has been fully provided for. L.1961, c. 22, p. 107, s. 3, eff. May 9, 1961.
