40A:4-79. Certification of director
Immediately after the making of his examination of the budget, the director shall certify the results of his determination to the governing body. A governing body shall not finally adopt a budget until a certification of approval by the director has been received. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
