40A:9-117.7. Person appointed to perform duties listed in s. 40A:9-117.6 as sheriff's officer
Any person who is appointed on or after the effective date of this act to perform the duties set forth in section 1 of this act shall be appointed as a sheriff's officer. L.1982, c. 133, s. 2, eff. Sept. 14, 1982.
