43:10-36.1. Article inapplicable to certain persons
This article shall not apply to any person becoming a member of such police department after this supplement takes effect who, at the time he becomes such member, is eligible to become a member of the Police and Firemen's Retirement System of New Jersey. L.1945, c. 244, p. 766, s. 1.
