43:13-22.40. Affidavits as to status
The commission may require all pensioners and beneficiaries annually and at such other times as it may be deemed necessary to file an affidavit or affidavits as to their status as pensioners or beneficiaries. L.1954, c. 218, p. 831, s. 38.
