43:15A-33.2. Total authorized investment
The total investment authorized pursuant to this act shall not exceed 5% of the book value of the total investments of such fund at the time of the making of the investment. L.1960, c. 44, p. 178, s. 2. Amended by L.1968, c. 468, s. 1, eff. March 4, 1969.
