43:17-22. Other officers, filling vacancies

43:17-22. If a vacancy occurs in the office of president, vice president, treasurer, secretary or trustee, it shall be filled forthwith for the remainder of the term by the representatives at a special election held for that purpose. Amended 1996, c.151, s.19.
