43:4-8. Payments in reduced amounts after waiver
Upon receipt of such a waiver, and until the same is withdrawn or altered by a subsequent request, the department of the public service paying such pension shall make periodic payments in such reduced amount. L.1954, c. 169, p. 676, s. 2.
