43:15A-86. Effective dates
This section and sections 1, 2 and 3 of this act shall take effect immediately. Sections 4 and 5 of this act shall take effect December 31, 1954. All other sections of this act shall take effect January 2, 1955. L.1954, c. 84, p. 525, s. 86. Amended by L.1954, c. 244, p. 903, s. 18.
