43:3C-8. Rules and regulations
The Director of the Division of Pensions shall promulgate those rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1984, c. 156, s. 3, eff. July 1, 1984.
