44:4-23. Organization of board
The county welfare board shall elect from among its members a chairman and vice-chairman and a secretary-treasurer who shall furnish a suitable bond to be approved by the board of chosen freeholders. Amended by L.1938, c. 194, p. 422, s. 2.
