44:8-123. Order after complete investigation
The director of welfare upon completion of investigation shall determine whether or not continued assistance is necessary, and shall make such order as in his judgment is warranted, having due regard to the circumstances disclosed by investigation. L.1947, c. 156, p. 698, s. 17.
