45:15-29.2. Rights under Title 11 and under pension laws not affected
Nothing in this act shall be construed to deprive any person of any right or protection provided him by Title 11 of the Revised Statutes, Civil Service, or under any pension law or retirement system. L.1948, c. 88, p. 502, s. 7.
