45:16-12.1. Enforcement of act
The provisions of this act and the act to which this act is amendatory and supplementary shall be enforced pursuant to P.L.1978, chapter 73 (C. 45:1-14 et seq.). L.1983, c. 98, s. 16, eff. March 11, 1983.
