45:19-26. Violation of Act as ground for revocation of license
A violation of any of the provisions of this act shall be cause for revocation of any license issued hereunder, notwithstanding that the same violation may constitute a misdemeanor or high misdemeanor. L.1939, c. 369, p. 898, s. 19.
