45:6-19.1. Definitions
For purposes of this act: a. "Prothesis" means an artificial substitute for a missing body part, such as a tooth, used for functional or cosmetic reasons or both. b. "Rebasing" means the act of replacing the base material of a denture without changing the occlusal relations of the teeth. L.1983, c. 514, s. 1.
