45:8-65. Elections of officers of committee
5. The committee shall annually elect from among its members a chairman and a vice-chairman and may appoint a secretary, who need not be a member of the committee. The committee shall meet at least twice a year and may hold additional meetings as necessary to discharge its duties. L.1997,c.323,s.5.
