45:8A-2. Rules and regulations; fee
The State Board of Education shall make and enforce rules and regulations for the granting of such certificates for the issuance of each of which a fee of not less than $5.00 shall be charged. L.1947, c. 132, p. 605, s. 2. Amended by L.1956, c. 152, p. 622, s. 3.
